Most of my realatives live in the middle east so it is very hard for me to go through the day knowing some of my realatives could be in danger. My parents told me every 8 minutes, there is a huge tragedy in the country my realatives live in. It frightens me alot but gladly, technology these days allow me to contact them and make sure their happy and safe.
The middle-east isn't the largest of the world's international territories or the most powerful, but the middle-east is where most of the world's destruction occurs. In 2003-2013, near 500 000 people killed (only in irak) since the irak war. There's currently a countless number of wars happening right now in the middle-east and these wars will affect the middle-east's population immensely.

Hey Hasan! I am glad you have dedicated your blog to something that hits home (too soon, sorry) for the both of us? Will your blog post be based on individual countries, one at a time, or will you be focusing on certain events? I like your blog design and the pictures. They helped me visualize what you were trying to explain. I look forward to reading your second post!
ReplyDeleteOk so this is a really good topic because not only is it something the reflects upon you(using smart words) it is also easy to talk about since there is something happening every 8 minutes like you said. I have to admit I did burst out into laughter when you said that it was exactly the place people thought it was, because being Arab and part of the Middle East (blah blah blah) I thought you were going to show people a different perspective but instead you agreed with them which made die of laughter.
ReplyDeleteHey Hasan! I like your first post, it seems off to a good start. I like your choice of pictures, really interesting. I understand that it is very sad to be in contact with your relatives, knowing that they are in danger. I go through the same as you. I wanted to ask you, do you think that the war will ever end in the Middle-East? I look forward to your next posts!
ReplyDeleteThank you soo much for reading my post Mirna! Its sad to hear that you go through the same but there's always hope! I am always in contact with my relatives and they are currently safe, i hope yours are too. There is not one but many wars in the middle east and every war ends eventually so i don't think these will take long. Hopefully not.
ReplyDeleteHi Hasan, this seems to be a very interesting topic that you have chosen. I, myself have done some research on this topic and I believe that there is a lot of possibilities for success for you with this subject. I bid you good luck with it. I would like to see also what causes these acts of violence, what influences them??

ReplyDeleteHey Hasan, I read your post and I thought it was really interesting. Every 8 minutes!?! That's not long time, and it is very sad to know that your relatives are in danger. I agree with Mirna, your pictures are very interesting and it gives us a good perspective of what happen's in the Middle-East.
ReplyDeleteHey Hasan, I really liked your blog, it was really interesting. Anyway, I'm not going to lie, I don't really know all that much about what is going on with all the wars in the Middle-East but your blogs have helped me understand it just a little more. Anyway you're doing a good job with your blogs so far and I look forward to reading more.
ReplyDeleteHello there Mr,Abdallah i really like your topic choice. This is something that need's to be talked about more often in the world so we can come to a conclusion and try to stop these catastrophe's. I can't wait to read the rest of your blog. I will be paying attention and keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteHey Hasan! Brianna here. I enjoyed this blog post and your other ones as well, you picked an interesting topic. To be completely honest I wasn't too informed on this topic before reading your post but reading your blog as really opened up my eyes. I really liked the fact that in this post you tied your personal experiences with the topic in order to explain it from a more relatable point of view. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteFascinating topic. What do you think are potential solutions to all this massive conflict?
ReplyDeleteA few issues :
Spelling / Grammar / Typos. (run-ons, mojor, its vs it’s, husbands vs husband’s, incedent, etc.)
- Only 4/7 published posts up.
- Some posts under the 300 word minimum
- Opinion not always clear in your posts. We need to know the ‘why’ of what you think.
- Move videos/ media would help.
